Why this exists

I could have sent a resume. I built this instead — a page that shows exactly who I am and what I'm capable of.

Hi. My name is AJ Miranda.

Hi — I'm AJ. I'm 25, based out of Vancouver, Washington. I'm an aspiring digital marketer, a photographer, and one half of a band called El Wedos. I work a day job at Parr Lumber while I build my agency, Miranda Media Co, from scratch.

Keep scrolling — and you'll get the full picture of who I am and what I can do.

The
Backstory

Film cameras, music, and running out of excuses.

I've always been building. I just started calling it work.

I picked up a camera in high school and never really put it down — photography became the way I see, the way I frame people, light, and a moment. Around the same time, my best friend and I started El Wedos. Nine years of making music together, and I've been the one behind the camera the whole time — shooting band photography, directing music videos, and pouring every creative skill I had into something that felt completely mine.

Today I put that same eye into marketing. I build websites and systems for local service businesses — sites that rank, capture leads, and run on automations I wire by hand into my CRM. I run paid search, Google Business Profile, full campaigns, commissioned design, and brand photography for the clients who want it.

I'm still early — but everything I make has intention behind it. I got here not because I planned it, but because I gave myself no other choice but to succeed.

What I've
Built

Less volume. Way more intention.

I run Miranda Media Co — I handle the work for local service businesses mentioned above. Here's what that actually looks like, plus a couple of things I do that most people in my position don't.

Custom Websites

Hand-built, mobile-first sites designed to rank on Google Maps and turn visitors into booked jobs.

Lead Capture + Automations

Multi-step forms that webhook straight into my CRM — with follow-up sequences to both the owner and the customer.

Personalized Outreach

Every prospect gets their own landing page and a Loom audit of their business. Less volume, way more intention.

Audit URL Generator — Walkthrough Watch
Instead of blasting generic emails, I generate a personalized landing page for every prospect — their name, a Loom audit of their business, and a form that webhooks straight into my CRM.
Interactive Intake Form — Try It Live Demo
What kind of business do you run?
What's costing you the most right now?
Where should I send your free audit?
That's the idea.
On a real prospect's page, this just webhooked into my CRM and kicked off an automated follow-up to them and a heads-up to me. This whole form is a working demo.
Why I build it this way. 63% of web traffic is mobile — and for local service businesses, it's even higher. A wall of form fields on a phone gets abandoned. One question at a time, a progress bar, and it's done in seconds. Multi-step forms like this convert 2–3× better. The second they submit, a webhook fires into my CRM and an automated follow-up goes out before they put their phone down. That's speed to lead — and that's the difference between a booked job and a missed one.

How I
Work w/ AI

I'm the AI guy.

I'm the AI guy.

I built my first website by hand on purpose. I wanted to understand everything before I let a tool do any of it.

Now I run a workflow built around constantly learning how to make AI useful — not as a gimmick, but as real leverage. MCPs, API keys, automations, and integrating every tool I touch into one central hub so I can pull and act on information from anywhere in the stack.

I built this page using the exact same process I use in my business every day. I wanted to stand out, so I did the only thing that made sense — I used my own AI workflows to bring it to life. The tools were mine. The process was mine. And every word came from the heart.

The Magnum Opus

This page is the best thing I've built — so far.

Everything I've made up to now led here. The client sites below were some of my very first attempts at building a real landing page for a business — and honestly, a few are a little outdated now, built before the process I use today.

This site — the one you're on right now — is my magnum opus. It's the product of all my learning, all my struggles, and exactly where my skill level is at today. It's the clearest picture of what I'm actually capable of.

Why I'm
Reaching Out

Everything I am, all in one place.

I don't have credentials. I have grit, a real skill set, and a strong desire to succeed.

I built this page because I wanted to show — not just tell. So I'm sharing all of it: the design, the photography, the filmmaking, the music. None of it lives in a separate box for me — the creative side is who I am, and it's only when you see all of it together that you really get the full picture.

I want to make a creative life my actual living. I've spent most of my young-adult life in blue-collar jobs that have nothing to do with what I care about — and I've felt out of place the whole time, watching the part of me that matters most go to waste.

I want to be in a room with creative people — to share ideas, get challenged, build, and grow somewhere that actually pushes me. I want to be the least experienced person in the room, learning from people who are better than me — because that's the only way I actually get better.

So instead of just sending a resume, I built this. Because this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Where I'd
Fit In

Job titles I'd happily accept.
Pick any.

Honestly? I'm not totally sure where I slot in yet — so I drafted a few possible job titles. One of them is serious. The others are negotiable.

Position #1
Dude Who Gets the Coffee
Showing up early, learning the room, knowing everyone's order by week two. Will sweep the floor on the way out.
Position #2
Junior Vibe Manager
Keeping the playlist good, watering the fake plants with full sincerity. The aux cord is not safe around me.
Position #3 — actually serious
AJ Miranda — AI Strategist
Building the workflows, MCPs, and AI integrations that make the whole team move faster. Yes, I talk to my computer. No, I'm not embarrassed about it. Hire me and I'll make it everyone's problem.

I want you to feel
like this was made for you.

Because it was. If any part of what you just read made you think that's different — let's talk.
